By registering for a class or session with Pilates Underground, you are agreeing to the terms of our no show/cancellation policy outlined here.
We get it — life happens. Here's how cancellations work:
Cancel 12+ hours before class — no penalty.
Cancel within 12 hours of class — $15 fee (members) or class deducted (packs).
No-shows (cancel less than 2 hours or don't attend) — $25 fee (members) or class deducted (packs).
Please cancel through your app or account — not by DM, text, or call. This keeps it fair and accurate for everyone.
If a spot opens, you'll be automatically enrolled up to 45 minutes before class starts.
You'll receive an email notification if you're in.
Don't want to risk being added? Please remove yourself from the waitlist.
New to Pilates Underground? Please arrive 10 minutes early so we can get you set up.
For safety and to avoid disruption, no entry will be permitted once class begins.
Being on time protects you, your instructor, and our other members.
Phone on silent; please step outside if you need to take a call.
Wipe down your equipment after class.
