Understandably, plans change and life gets in the way sometimes. In order to be fair to all of our clients and our small business, we ask that you follow our no show/cancellation policy and our purchase policy as outlined below.

By registering for a class or session with Pilates Underground, you are agreeing to the terms of our no show/cancellation policy outlined here.
A class or session may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance, at which time the class will be credited back to you if not rescheduled. If you cancel or request to reschedule with less than 24 hours advance notice, or if you do not show up for your scheduled class or session without prior advance notice, you will be charged or otherwise forfeit 100% of the cost of the class or session.
If you need to cancel a reservation, please log into your Schedulicity account to do so. If you experience any issues when cancelling/rescheduling or have any questions, please reach out to Shay directly via phone call or text.
We understand that plans change and life happens, but ask for your understanding and cooperation in following this cancellation policy in order to be fair to all of our clients and our small business.
